Refund Policy

This policy outlines how refunds are handled for consulting services and digital resources. Our goal is to be clear, fair, and aligned with the nature of the work being delivered.

General Principles

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service or product purchased, the timing of the request, and the amount of work already completed or delivered.

Consulting Services

Consulting engagements are customized and time-based. As a result, refund eligibility is limited once work has begun.

  • Payments may be refundable if cancellation occurs before work begins.
  • Once work has started, refunds may be reduced or unavailable based on work completed.
  • Completed consulting work is non-refundable.
  • Deposits or scheduling fees may be non-refundable.

Digital Products & Resources

Digital resources are delivered immediately upon purchase and are considered fulfilled once accessed.

  • All digital product sales are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate purchase or technical failure preventing access.

Exceptions

We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis where there is a clear issue with delivery, access, or service quality.
